Property management services spun out of my construction company almost fifteen years ago, when some of my clients that were real estate investors asked me to start managing their investment properties for them.

• Woodfield gets a lot of referrals from real estate agents who handle leasing, where we assist them with getting the property ready. We then manage the property during the lease period. 

• We have clients that have properties that they bought as investments. We help with finding and screening tenants, lease management, repairs, maintenance and collecting rent. 

• We have clients that are temporarily away from home for work related reasons and wanted to rent their homes until they come back.  

• We help homeowners maintain and repair their primary or secondary residences, doing handyman work including improvements and daily/monthly/yearly maintenance to offer a hassle-free experience maintaining their larger home or property. For over 20 years, we have established great relationships with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and gardens, pool services, roofers, and specialty tradespeople including painters, wall paper hangers, ironworkers, master carpenters, cabinetmakers, and more.  Homeowners get to take advantage of these services to keep their properties in perfect shape while saving money with the great deals that we get from our tradespeople.
